Well to begin with the idea of a "small" car club in Columbus derrived from Chadwick, Robert Tyler, Peter, and I a long long time ago back in 11th grade Chemistry Class (2002). Well needless to say I brought it up when Chadwick and I were in class and Peter, Robert, and I were all working at Papa Johns Pizza. Well as me and Chadwick were talking about it in class Robert and Pete were thinking of a name at work well I always loved the stories of the Greek and Roman "Myths" of Gods that ruled all different aspects of the world and related it to cars such as a Nissan God and a Honda God, etc. and Zeus would be protrayed as the president of the club that drove a black on black "1000hp" Supra that only brang it out when it was needed...well I never got my "Supra" and probably never will but hey I did gain A LOT of friendship and allies that hold this once "little" team together.
Well Robert threw out Mythilogical Imports and Pete and I agreed that that would take up the front and back windshield if we put that on the car well we decided to shorten it down it Import Myths, Imports because all of our cars' "origin" are based on Asian or European decent making it an IMPORT to the United States. And myths to describe the "level" our cars are held at... (In relation to Columbus!)
Well it took all of about 30 min for my to throw together some ghetto Import Myths banner laugh.gif and go right to the first vinyl shop and get one made, and slap it on my green hatch. Well given it some thought Pete took some time to "recreate" the decals and we have the "artistic" emblem that we do now.
Numbers were chosen by everyone to begin with by everyone the represent the number that they were in the club, but turned out to be everyones favorite number and whatever was left that wasnt chosen. (Most people didn't really want them so it wasn't a forced issue, just something a little extra...Most of us still sport the original numbers.)
To begin with all of the originals kinda advertised the "IMPORT Myths" logo in respect to help "me" out as a sole "owner" but it didn't take long until "we" as a team decided to look at it as a team or club instead of "certain" people running the show. There are a few of us who do all of the behind the scenes work like the website, forum, banners, and most of the teams dues (i.e. shirts, sitckers, meetings...) But I personally dont mind paying for anything out of my own pocket given my boys support the "team"
Originals to name out would be Me (Lil Ray), BG, Peter, Chadwick, Richard, TJ, Jonathan, Dee, Javier, and everyone else followed suit. Everyone is an equal part to making what we do as a "little" club a big impact in Columbus and surrounding area because for the most part we run columbus and the surrounding area pretty well in all of the classes...

and if need be if you just think your so fast and you have a Mustang or Camaro that has a whopping 700 or 800 hp with or without the bottle.....we'll just go get the "White" Car...
